Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (these “Terms of Sale”) govern your purchase of product(s) on this website, including through the mobile version hereof (collectively, this “Site”). This Site and its related services and applications (collectively, this “Service”) is being offered by y Siam Summit food Company Limited (“us”, “we”, “our”, or “MANYSEEDS”). MANYSEEDS may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify, suspend or discontinue these Terms of Sale and/or this Site or specific portions of it. Your purchase of one or more products on this Site constitutes your agreement with MANYSEEDS to be bound by, and to act in accordance with, these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use.
Ordering
Orders for in-stock merchandise are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you select a priority shipping method during the checkout process, your order will be prioritized. The purchase of products and services on the Site is subject to availability. If merchandise is currently out-of-stock, we will attempt to flag that on the Site. In the unlikely event that an item you order is out of stock, our Customer Care team will contact you and you will have the option to either place an updated order (without the out of stock item) or cancel the entire order without charge. In either case you can request to be notified by email when the product is back in stock.
Orders will only be shipped and delivered to addresses located within the Thailand. An order may only be shipped to one delivery address.
The merchandise you order may arrive in more than one box, but you will not incur any additional shipping charges under such circumstances. The total charges for all shipments, including the shipping charges, will equal the total for the entire order stated during the checkout process. You can reorder a previous order by visiting your account page.
Shipping
We use multiple shipping providers to help ensure fast delivery to your door! Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. MANYSEEDS cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
- All orders are subject to authorization prior to checking-out processing.
- All orders are shipped Standard Rate Shipping or Express Shipping (EMS) depending on your choice of delivery method and address of delivery.
- Shipping is calculated at the check-out. For orders above threshold policy, please email us at contact@ephemereparfum.com for assistance.
- All orders in Thailand are offered with free Express Shipping (EMS) service via Kerry Express or Thailand Post.
- Orders shipment will be carried out Monday to Friday (Business day). All order completed during weekend will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping is available for destinations where alcohol-based product is allowed to be delivered only. Otherwise please email us at contact@manyseedsbkk.com for assistance.
The shipping costs are not included in the price or state otherwise. These will be automatically shipped by the local postal services. The prices may be modified at any time. However, MANYSEEDS applies the price list in force shown on its Internet site at the time of ordering.
Orders are payable in THB (Thailand) or USD (International) with no exception.
Display price and final check out price may vary according to where you decide to ship your cart. Destination choice will impact shipping origin to accommodate for shipping regulations of alcohol based goods such as perfumes and to minimize shipping costs depend on destination’s custom authority. It will also impact currency and sales tax calculations, which might be waived in some instances.
Please also note that tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered because of absent clients will be shipped again at the client’s expense or cancelled. For specific delivery lead times, please contact your request carrier before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/building/street number/phone number, and the company name if applicable.
Risk of Loss; General Prohibitions
Please be advised that MANYSEEDS cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delays for all non-tracked deliveries but we will give our full effort in order to locate and delivery them to you.
The risk of loss shall pass to you as soon as your order is delivered to the delivery address you provide during the checkout process. It is your sole responsibility to provide a safe and correct shipping address accessible to common carriers. Your hereby release us from any and all liability in the event you (i) provide an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process and/or (ii) fail to collect the merchandise from the delivery address you provide during the checkout process.
Payment Methods
Payment is due upon ordering. No order can be dispatched without confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received. Online payment is accepted exclusively by credit card and bank transfer (Thailand delivery only):
Visa, MasterCard, American Express (at the locations where applicable) via Omise or Bank Transfer (for Thailand delivery only)
An invoice showing a breakdown of your purchases will be included with your order.
Online payment uses SSL protocol, which offers maximum security. The information transmitted is entirely coded, is not seen nor stored and is not shared with anyone.
Cancellations

Any cancelled order will be promptly refunded.
Returns & Refunds
MANYSEEDS crave to bring you the best moment when snacking. We love to share our wholesome and delicious snack with you, and we absolutely sure you will share them forward too! Our snacks are made from quality ingredients and controlled with safety stander to give you the unstoppable crunchiness. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from manyseedsbkk.com, you may return the product within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the product. All we ask is that the product is not used, opened or expired and in the same condition in which it was received, in the original box and/or packaging, and with the purchase receipt. Once the product is received, MANYSEEDS will exchange or replace the product, or issue a refund for the price paid for the item (minus any applicable shipping or handling). We reserve the right to deny a refund or credit if the returned merchandise does not comply with these Terms of Sale.
Prices
All prices shown on the Site are in THB (Thailand) and USD (International) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address on your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you, provided that any changes made after your order is submitted will not apply retroactively.
Pricing and Description Errors
We do our best to describe every item, product or service offered on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant or guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, or pricing on our Site is complete, accurate, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing or specifications of any item, product or service, MANYSEEDS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders in its sole discretion. If we charged your credit card or other payment account prior to cancellation, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. Additional terms may apply. If a product you purchased from us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, complete and undamaged, in the original packaging.
Discounts and Promotions
We occasionally offer discounts and coupons codes. While the terms and conditions for each promotion will vary, most of our offers last for a limited time, and have associated promotional codes that can only be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other offers. Promotional shipping offers will apply to orders that meet the particular promotional guidelines, such as the applicable merchandise total (before tax and shipping/handling charges are applied) and the requirement that the order be shipped to a single address. Generally, shipping promotions will only apply to standard shipping, unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that does not comply with these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the discount code terms and conditions and these Terms of Sale, the discount code terms and conditions shall prevail.
